I help women experience healthy relationships in leadership, marriage, parenting, and friendships.

Over two decades of working with high-capacity leaders and their families, I have seen it all.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, licensed professional counselor, clinical supervisor, executive coach, social entrepreneur, and co-founder of Living Wholehearted and Courageous Girls alongside my husband, Jeff.

I am an advocate for wholeness and grace. As a mom to two young adult girls and wife to my business partner, I get what it’s like to juggle many balls, drop a few, and watch God use it all for His purposes.
